The space
Our modern and stylish 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment gives you a unique and unforgettable experience in your stay. It has a capacity of up to 5 people, it has all the comfort your stay needs.

The suite has a King bed and a king-size sofa bed, located in the living room to accommodate more guests; it has a dressing room to facilitate the comfort of your luggage and you will find extra bedding and pillows. In the bathroom you will find amenities such as Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. We have a washing machine and dryer inside the unit.

Enjoy meticulously impeccable interiors with high quality amenities. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances that will make your stay more practical and pleasant.

The equally equipped kitchen and dining room, equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Kitchenware, Glassware, among others, will make it easier to prepare your favorite dishes, making your evenings more fun. Additionally, we supply essential items for cleaning such as garbage bags, paper towels, Lavaloza, Sponges, Diswasher Detergents, and Washer. In appreciation for preferring to find a courtesy from us.

We will make your check-in experience easy and smooth, one day prior to your stay you will receive the check-in instructions, upon your arrival and after checking into the lobby you will receive from us the keys for access to the unit and the common areas of the condo, including the parking lot.

As a building rule, the lobby sets a $50 USD charge per couple or for each independent person, which includes all the days of your stay. This fee must be canceled with a credit or debit card, cash is not accepted. With this charge, we ensure the use of all the amenities of the building and the parking lot, as well as the 24-hour reception service

Parking is located in the condominium, this fee is included within your hosting value.

Our condominium has a 24/7 concierge service, willing to collaborate for check-in and check-out.
