„It was a comfortable room, very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was small, not enough space, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The location is excellent as we just walked to main spots of the city. I will recommend for the price and convenience.“

„Great location , safe for women, clean , excellent staff, lockers . The bad many stairs and Noisy if you get a room facing the busy street . But overall I highly recommend this place.“

„Tolle Lage, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Super schönes Hotel.“

„Tolles Hotel!

Gracias“

„Just a clean room and very helpful employees.“

„2:20 p.m. in the hotel, check-in was refused because it only opens at 3 p.m., even though the room was free. But congress members (>30) were allowed to check in. Then they said they would check what was possible, but they just lied and played for time. I understand that checking in at 11 a.m. is not possible and costs extra, but 30 minutes earlier is possible at all other hotels if the rooms are available. The room looked completely different to the pictures, the bed must have been very old, ...

„Zielo Rentals was a home away from home. The availability and flexibility of the staff was great! Our room faced the street so it could be loud at times, but it all added to the experience. I would 100% be coming back in the near future. The proximity to the Zocalo and other key points of interest was a huge plus! There were plenty of shops around too. Overall a wonderful experience!!“

„Very god hotel, new, very close to the center. Walking distance to the main square. Highly recommended.“
