Whether you are traveling with family or friends, the terrace naturally becomes a place to share memorable moments.

Whether you want to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, spend the afternoon exploring on foot, or experience the city’s dining and nightlife, Condesa puts you right in the middle of it all. It’s a neighborhood that invites you to slow down, wander, and enjoy Mexico City at your own pace.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Casa Coco is easy and convenient. Condesa is ideal for exploring on foot, with cafés, restaurants, parks, and shops just minutes from the house. You’ll also find public transportation, taxis, and ride-hailing services nearby, making it easy to discover everything Mexico City has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



* We have a garage available at the house for a medium-sized car. Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
