Our place is in Roma Sur, the easygoing, creative neighborhood just south of Roma, with cafés, restaurants, and galleries all within an easy walk. It's a warm, modern apartment: microcement walls, soft wood, and a deep green sofa you'll end up living on. Room for six people, two bedrooms, an elevator. Good coffee nearby, the whole city within reach.

Roma Sur is where the city's creative energy spills south of Roma Norte — the cafés, the galleries, the tree-lined streets, the steady hum of one of Mexico City's most loved areas, with a more relaxed, residential feel. Our apartment sits right in that neighborhood, close to everything without the crowds — you're here to live the city like a local, not from the back of a tour group.

The whole place is yours. We designed it to feel warm and considered — microcement walls in soft grey, natural wood, a few good plants, and that green velvet sofa in the living room that somehow becomes everyone's favorite spot by the second evening. There's good light through the day and an open layout that keeps the group together without anyone feeling on top of each other.

It comfortably sleeps six people. Two proper bedrooms with real beds and good linens, plus extra space in the living area when you're traveling with friends or family. It's a sociable apartment — made for groups who want to cook together, head out together, and come back to a space that feels like home base.

A few things that make life easier: an elevator, so no hauling bags up stairs, TVs for the evenings you'd rather stay in. Everything maintained and ready when you walk in.

The neighborhood
Step outside and you're in it. Specialty coffee and neighborhood bakeries within a block or two. Roma Norte's restaurants and bars a short walk north. Condesa's parks — Parque México, Parque España — close enough for a morning run or an evening out. Mercado Medellín for fruit, flowers, and a proper taco. And when you want to go further, the metro and Metrobús put Coyoacán, the Centro, and Polanco within easy reach.
It's the kind of base that works whether you're here to explore the city hard or settle in and live like a local for a while.

Good to know
Check-in is simple and self-guided — we'll send everything ahead of time. We ask guests not to smoke inside, and to be considerate of neighbors in the building. We're around throughout your stay if you need anything at all. Come stay a while.
