Living and dining

A wall-size Mexican folk-art mural, two sofas piled with hand-embroidered pillows and a glass wall onto the balcony greenery. The dining table seats eight next to the TV lounge.



Private balcony

Yellow Acapulco chairs and a small table, surrounded by plants and facing away from the street. Morning coffee and evening drinks happen here.



Kitchen

Fully equipped: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and wine glasses, plus cooking basics and a granite island.

• Orange room (primary): king bed, ensuite bathroom and AC

Every room has handmade textiles, bedside lamps and closet space. The bedrooms open off one hallway.

Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours. Building security is on site 24/7 and the guard lets you in; take the elevator to the 2nd floor and turn left, where a smart lock with your own personal code opens the door. Everything is on one level. You get 1 parking space in the building garage (leave the keys with the guard). You can drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out.



The Neighborhood:

Parque México, the green heart of Condesa with its fountains, playgrounds and Sunday crowds, is about a 6-minute walk. You are on Amsterdam, the tree-lined oval loop that runners and dog walkers circle all day. Cafes and restaurants on Avenida Tamaulipas are about 8 minutes on foot, Parque España about 11, Mercado de Medellín for fruit and lunch counters about 12, and Plaza Río de Janeiro in Roma Norte about 27.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car in Condesa. Metro Chilpancingo is about 7 minutes on foot and Metro Patriotismo about 17. The airport (MEX Terminal 1) is about 8.4 mi by car; allow extra time for traffic. If you drive, you get 1 parking space in the building garage.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM; luggage drop-off available.

• 2nd floor with an elevator; the apartment itself is all on one level.

• Building security is on site 24/7.

• Exterior security cameras are in the building lobby and in the hallway outside the apartment. There are none inside the apartment.

• Parking for 1 car only, in the building garage; the guard keeps the keys.

• 2 bathrooms for up to 8 guests: the primary ensuite, plus one shared by the other 3 bedrooms.

• Crib and high chair on request.

• No parties or events; quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM.

• No smoking or vaping inside. Only booked guests may stay.
