It is ideal for those who require a comfortable and practical space without a kitchen, but if with an open plan living room, where the whole group or family can meet to plan their next adventure with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy healthy fruit or snacks.

-The parking spaces are on the street without assignment in case your capacity is covered you will need to look for other nearby alternatives.
- Take into account that a security deposit can be requested.
- Also available on-demand services are: forward pantry shopping, laundry, private chauffeur, maid service, yoga practice, bicycles, special events, renting a minivan and more.
- Surveillance camera: For the protection of guests and property, we have CCTV present at the entrances and exits. There is no surveillance inside the property.
- To comply with all legal requirements and safety rules of the listing, it will be requested to send government-issued government issued photo ID of all guests.
