The Space:

A duplex of two full apartments for one group: the lower apartment on the 2nd floor and the upper apartment on the 3rd, 12 steps apart by the stairs or one elevator ride. Up to 16 guests get 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 4 balconies, so everyone has room to spread out and the group can still cook and eat together.

Arrival

We leave a welcome treat of Mexican candies, water and beer, coffee for the morning and fresh towels and toiletries in every bathroom.



Guest Access:

Both apartments and all 4 balconies are yours: the lower apartment on the 2nd floor and the upper apartment on the 3rd, connected by 12 steps or the elevator. A doorman is at the building entrance 24/7: he hands out the elevator access cards, and the elevator opens directly into each apartment. Two free parking spots are in the building's garage (car keys stay with the doorman).



The Neighborhood:

You are on a tree-lined street in Condesa, and guests say there is so much to do that you never need to go far: cafes, bars, restaurants and a convenience store across the street. Avenida Amsterdam's oval of restaurants is an 11 min walk, Parque Espana 14 min and Parque Mexico 15 min. Roma Norte's Cibeles fountain is about 22 min on foot, and Chapultepec Park and Castle about 39 min.



Getting Around:

Most of Condesa and Roma Norte is walkable, and Metro Patriotismo is a 5 min walk. Guests say rideshare is easy and affordable for groups splitting up across the city. The airport is about 8.5 miles by car. If you drive, 2 free parking spots are waiting in the building's garage.



Other Things to Note:

• This is two separate apartments on floors 2 and 3, connected by 12 steps or the elevator, not one open house.

• The only security camera is in the building's entrance lobby; there are no cameras inside the apartments.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM, including on the balconies. No parties or events and no smoking inside.

• Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
