Cozy and clean apartment with A/C, where you can have a relaxing time. We are very strict with the sanitization of the entire place before arrival and we provide weekly cleaning. We also offer self check-in, for the safety of our guests.

Short distance to Coyoacan, and a few blocks away from shopping centers and commercial areas. Two blocks from metro Zapata (UNAM or Zocalo in less than 30 minutes).

The Space:

Cozy apartment with great relaxing vibe, and has an A/C, it is perfec for couples and intimate travelers, or family with one kid.



The apartment is decorated with Mexican craft and local art - so you connect with the culture straight with your arrival.



Kitchen, dining room a living room, super equipped. You will find anything you need for cooking, reading and entertaining.



Its in 3rd floor, no elevator



This is a NON SMOKING apartment.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the apartment and all its amenities: kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, French press or moka pot, Wi-Fi, and TV. Everything is ready to make you feel right at home!



Adela, our wonderful cleaning lady, comes every Tuesday morning to tidy up and keep the space fresh.



For your safety and convenience, we offer self check-in, so you can arrive whenever it suits you best.



The Neighborhood:

It is a calm area, safe to walk around the day, very close to commercial center and many stores around so it get a little crowded around, though the apartment street is narrow and is very relaxed.



You can find some street market/stores during weekends, and easily access to main transportation.

Other Things to Note:

As is common in Mexico, the water pressure in the shower may be a little low, but it's still enough for a good bath.

To improve the water pressure, we've installed a water pump that can be used when showering or washing.



Guest Registration (Mexico City Law): Mexico City tourism regulations require each guest to present valid official identification and register with the host (Regulations of the Mexico City Tourism Law, Article 5, Section III). Before arrival, please complete our brief online registration form, providing your full name, nationality, passport number or Mexican national identification number (INE/CURP), and estimated arrival time. We also ask you to provide a phone number or email address where we can reach you during your stay to send access instructions and provide assistance. Your information will be used solely for registration, your stay, and your safety, and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



Damage Protection: Before arrival, you must select a damage protection option through our secure registration page: either a refundable hold on your card, which will be released after check-out, or a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee.



Arrival Instructions: Once you have completed the registration process, you will find your access instructions on your personal guest page. Alternatively, we can send them to you through the messaging system of the platform you used to make your reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

We have self-check-in, but we are very attentive in case you need guidance or additional assistance via phone or via messages through the platform.
