„Sauber, modern, schöne größe Zimmer. Als Flughafenhotel ist es weiter weg von Downtown San Jose aber ein Bahnhof von dem "Light Rail" zwischen Mountain View und Downtown ist nicht weit entfernt, wenn man nicht sowieso ein Auto hat. Gratistransfer vom und zum Flughafen.“

„Negative: - We had to wait 1.5h on the transfer from the airport to the hotel. It was „promised“ every 20 minutes. We had no way to contact the hotel.. waiting was the only option. It was really annoying and inconvenient. - The parking garage is veeeeery expensive. Positive: - The room was spacious with a nice and fully equipped kitchen! - Breakfast was good. All in all a hotel I would book again for a short stay near the airport. “

„Das Hotel ist schön, nur Geld für WLAN zu nehmen, obwohl es ein Public WLAN in der Stadt gibt ist schon schade. Der Poolbereich ist steril und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. 4 Sterne hat dieses Hotel nicht verdient. Eventuell 2. “
