„The photos for this property does not do it justice. The view from the terrace and the pool is just beyond amazing. Everything is nicely layout. It is an older property but everything felt authentic to the age of the house and the town. The bed where really comfortable, the pool was wonderful as was the garden. Luca, our host, was lovely and even help us out when we could not find milk in the town center. The walk up the hill is not for the faint of heart but if you zig zag up the hill you ...

„The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and wonderfully equipped. The view was a pleasure every day. Our property manager, Stephano, was helpful and responsive. The isolated location was actually not a problem as we had a car and the drive to Cortona was not onerous. A grocery store was also nearby. It was the perfect setting for a once-in-a-lifetime family experience.“

Our host was so responsive and gave us a private tour of his Cortona. We took advantage of the hot tub and the private bath that was set up with candles and champagne! „Das Grundstück ist riesig und es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus, im weitläufigen Garten und am Pool. Das Haus ist eine alte Villa mit tollen alten möbeln und genügend Platz für alle, auch genügend Bäder und Raum zum Rückzug. Die Lage unterhalb von Cortona ist perfekt und Cortona ein schönes altes Städtchen zum bummeln und essen gehen. Auch der Lago di trasimeno ist schnell zu erreichen mit perfektem Strand auch für kleine Kinder.“

„This stay was perfect for my purposes. I had a rental car and wanted to be easily near Cortona, but outside the city. The host was delightful and very helpful. The facilities were very good. The property is between two working farms and very close to a major highway, so there were more sounds (of various sorts) than I had anticipated. That was the only unexpected downside to the accommodation. I would unhesitatingly return here.“

„We enjoyed the villa, the garden and the pool area - all offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. It is a short walk to Cortona, some of which is uphill - but the town itself is on a hill anyway, and we 60s managed fine (there are several taxi companies as well).“
