Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and ...

„The location is excellent. The place has all basic appliances and work properly. The check-in is done by email.The second room is the basement: Is this considered to be a room??The bed size is incorrectly marketed. They are not King size beds.The outdoor patio is dirty and not aesthetically maintained.The place has a damp smell.“
