„Somewhat run down. The clock had stopped. There were holes in the wall where they used to be something hanging. The TV was not tuned into the network. One of the kitchen cabinet fronts was missing. There was no curtain over the glass front door so it was not possible to make the appartment dark in the morning. The shower drained incredibly slowly. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. „Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. So convenient to everything and a short bus ride to the Duomo or the opposite direction directly to the airport which picked up just outside of the apartment.
