„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side. ...

All the pictures I saw weren’t real Because the owner was taking pictures of this room from very different angles, as if it was a big studio just to deceive people, overall it was a really bad experience. When we informed her about our arrival she told us that when we check in after 9 p.m we should be charged €20. Even in the website that is stated that check in will be charged only after 10 p.m. Then, in our booking should be there is free breakfast. „The apartment was beautiful, clean, well appointed, super convenient location for us, and Cinzia, our host, was so lovely and helpful in every way. We had an issue with flights being cancelled and needing to stay longer, and even though the apartment was already booked by other incoming guests and we were unable to stay there longer, she connected us with another host with an apartment nearby that was available.
