„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side. ...

„This place is very beautiful! The kitchen sink faucet was loose, maybe even broken. The bathroom floor had hair left on it. I couldn’t use the balcony because of a bad cat allergy and two cats that would jump over the rails whenever we tried to go out. They were cute, not aggressive, just curious.“

„Horrible experience !!! The staf (owner) is so unfriendly and the response is very slow. When we informed her about our arrival she told us that when we check in after 9 p.m we should be charged €20. Even in the website that is stated that check in will be charged only after 10 p.m. Then, in our booking should be there is free breakfast. But, then when we asked about breakfast, they simply told us that they have changed the rules. HOW COULD they just simply doing that even in our booking ...
