„Host canceled 2 days before our stay - very disappointed “

„The two apartments were great. We fit 7 including a baby in the larger one and 2 the smaller one (by choice). It had just enough space for 9 Of us total. We took a short walk to the tram running everyday until midnight that took us to the city center. Very affordable I think 2 euro. Gianni and his son were very accommodating and helped us with luggage. They gave us all the directions at the apartment we needed.“

„They said that we couldn’t stay at the loft because of a leak from another apartment, and they found another apartment for us. This new apartment was dirty with smell of cigarette. And a completely different neighborhood (both Milan). We had no choice because during Salone del mobile. Still waiting for a partial refund since the cost is not acceptable for what we experienced.“
