"Also das war einfach von vorne bis hinten ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren eine Nacht dort weil wir einen Anschlussflug am nächsten Tag hatten. Das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders Harvey hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Auch unsere Koffer könnten wir noch den ganzen Tag nach dem Check Out im Hotel hinterlassen. Top Service!"

"I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers. The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming. The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort. Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got. Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable. Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality."
