„First of all, the condo was what we saw online, very nice condo, it was enough for all of us (8 pax) free toiletries and there were enough towels for everyone. Location was very convenient it was close to where we wanted to go, airport and MOA and lots of restaurants in not a far distance. 7 eleven right by the corner side of the lobby was very convenient as well. pool was excellent my kids spend so many hours at the pool. „The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.“
