Pool Heat Policy & Procedures

***Please note, hot tub and pool share a heater and only one can be heated at a time.***

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night
Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat
Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature
Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight
The pool will be set to heat only for the dates requested at the time of booking
Maximum pool temperature is 85°F – please only request heat if this meets your comfort level
No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat (including partial stays or changes in usage)
Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently
Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in:
Additional propane charges and a $500 fine


For stays 28+ days: cleaning fee = 1.5x standard rate
