Refresh yourself in the Hawk Ridge pool after enjoying a juicy burger cooked on our patio's grill. No need to shop for spices and condiments, we provide many. After a round of world class golf, a UTV ride in the desert, or refreshing pool time, kick your feet up in our classy living room as you stream your favorite series on the large screen TV. A desert vacation can't get any better!
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*This beautifully decorated, comfy 2 bed/2 bath condo accommodates 6 guests with very new, comfortable queen mattresses and bedding. (Queen air mattress is also available). All furnishings are high end, making you feel pampered and at home. The primary suite is large and set up with extra blankets and pillows. The attached bathroom is stocked with sundries so that you don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner/lotion and more from home. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all and provides the same comfort as the primary. Three TVs with cable and streaming capabilities can be found in all living areas. An in-unit laundry and supplies are provided. The full kitchen is furnished with condiments, coffee, and cooking spices and a full set of pots and pans which will make your stay a bit easier. Please check to see what the condo has to offer before making that trip to the grocery store. An electric grill and outdoor patio set gives outdoor living space to enjoy. Ready for families, our space is also equipped with a Pak-n-Play and other infant materials. Let us know if you need these items for your baby so they can be disinfected before your stay.
*Our condo is extremely clean with mattress protector sleeves covering all beds and pillows. Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere.
*The Rec area/hot tub is open year round, but the POOL does close down in the coldest months of the year.
*There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays, senior games, and more. *You will not be disappointed in your Mesquite stay if you reserve with us.
*Guests have access to pool, hot tub, and workout facilities. The HOA has one free covered parking spot for you and many available uncovered parking spots and RV parking for your toys. There is also an “on property” electric grill and a community grill and eating area with a gorgeous sunset view. Below the community property is a beautiful park for a walk and incredible views of sunset. Just follow the paved sidewalk on both the north and south side of the property for this short walk to Marilyn Redd park.
*Your co-hosts, J and Amy are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed.
*HawkRidge Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests. Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction. Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo area as well as from bistro table on the porch.
*The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts, bbq/picnic pavilion with tables, shaded covered playground, basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass. It is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links to the condos as well as the rest of town.
*Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Mesquite's Recreational Center is not only a quality facility, but very affordable for visiting guests. Located about 1.5 miles from the condo, it is a great opportunity to have an even larger outdoor pool/indoor pool, racquetball/pickleball opportunities, basketball courts, free weights, circuit training equipment, and all the cardio toys you need. Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless. Mesquite is a wonderful place to live or visit.

*You will have FREE parking for your stay. An assigned covered parking spot will be assigned to you, but there are many available, uncovered spots as well for additional cars. An RV parking area in the north end of the community is for your use as well.
* Smoking on the property will result in a $150 fine for extra cleaning.
* Use of the pool, hot tub, and work out room requires a key fob. If the pool fob is lost, Airbnb will take$200 from the security deposit. The pool is unheated during the coldest part of the winter. The hot tub is open year round.

We stayed here for several days and lived there as if it was our home. It was extremely clean. We plan to stay here again. The location is convenient and easy to find off the interstate. Easy to drive to amenities. The complex is quiet. The property managers were in contact with us to ensure we were able to check-in and had everything we needed. We were able to work remotely, cook and relax. Mesquite is conveniently located close to many parks where you can find hiking and sunshine.

Fabulous location for golf and gambling. It's a bit tucked away, but we were hardly here so that was okay. J and Amy are super hosts with ease of entry/exit! Very on top of it all, extremely responsive. Great stay, we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for our stay was there in the condo. It was easy to find and we even had our own parking space. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The only problem we had was noisy neighbors upstairs but we should have reached out to our hosts so they could handle it. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property. Super clean. Check in was a breeze. Desert decor was lovely. Convenient location to casinos, restaurants, etc. Walkway to neighborhood park was nearby. I spent several mornings on the patio with a nice little view of the mountains. We even had ground squirrels, quail, and some other birds to entertain us. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. We were in town visiting friends and the location was perfect. You’re close to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
The condo has everything you need for your stay including shampoo, conditioner and body soaps.
The condo development is well kept and there is plenty of parking spaces for an extra car.
We’ll definitely be back for another visit.

Everything about our stay at this property was amazing. The check-in process was simple. The hosts were easy to reach and super helpful. The property itself was even better than the pictures. Everything was really clean and very well kept. You can tell that somebody absolutely loves this property. We had several friends staying at other condos within the complex and our was by far the nicest. It felt like home and anything we could think of that we needed was there in the property. We would absolutely recommend this property and will be staying anytime we come to Mesquite.

This was our first time going to Mesquite, we went for a weekend soccer tournament and decided to stay here because we have 3 kids and wanted their own room. We made the best decision ever by staying here. We loved that it’s a ground level, the parking is right in front of it and the pool was a plus. Communicating with J & Amy was beyond easy, they are just minutes away from answering your messages and any concerns you have. The place was super clean, and it has EVERYTHING you might need to feel like at home. My kids loved it and we will definitely be staying here every time we go to mesquite.

Very nice property that we had the opportunity to spend three months at to escape the winter in Canada. The property is exactly as described, and exactly as the photos show. Very well stocked and maintained. Jesse and Amy were excellent hosts. Easy to talk to, easy to contact, and extremely prompt in responding. I cant say enough how nice it is to have hosts that take an interest in you, and the property. Over the three months we had friends and family visit, and the condo easily accommodated. A great three month visit.

Information was complete, thorough and accurate. No issues checking in, property was clean included extra touches and amenities. We were staying here to attend a 3-day football tournament and really just needed a clean comfortable place to rest our heads. We did a nod up using the clubhouse on-site which housed ours small group of 10-12 people.
Will definitely stay here each year.
