•Equipped kitchen with new appliances
•Detached garage and super long driveway will fit up to 6 sedans, and provide cover from snow.
•Street parking will add 2 more spots, totaling 8 spots for cars.

CONVENIENCE:
•Decaf, caffeinated, and English breakfast provided
•Grill with complimentary charcoal and lighter fluid
•Washer, Dryer and Iron, with complimentary detergent
•2 full bathrooms; essential toiletries provided if needed
•No cleaning or checkout tasks

PRIVATE BACKYARD:
•Group games including cornhole and axe throwing
•BBQ grill for cookouts, including a grill set- uses charcoal
•Mostly fenced backyard with enough space for kids or dogs to run around

GROUPS AND VISITORS:
•Lots of backyard space for large groups
•People staying overnight must be on reservation
•Gatherings are OK, so long as they don't create loud disturbances

Late Check-out:
While we often have back-to-back reservations due to high demand, we may still be able to accommodate a late
checkout with advance warning (late check out fee may apply)

Early Check-in:
We will try our best to accommodate early check-ins, although our cleaners sometimes need that time to ensure the home is cleaned well and maintained for you (early check in fee may apply)

Security:
For the safety and security of our guests, the home has a front facing doorbell camera and fonrt facing garage camera. There are no cameras inside the home. The side of the home and back area have flood lights.

Decorations:
Please don't use sticky dots, confetti, glitter, or adhesive décor. Freestanding backdrops and easily removable decor are fine
