„We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. The hotel looked tired and worn and not overly clean. The biggest problem for us was in the bathroom -- the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult to rise from (no grab bar) and the tub had very high sides making it difficult to get in and out of, The front desk clerk said all rooms in the hotel had the same bathroom set-up, so changing rooms would not have helped. We were stuck here for three nights and not very happy about it. This ...

„Young lady at the desk at check out and in the morning was very friendly. Nice to talk to. Facility close to I-55. Well lit. Looks like freshly painted. Bright, not dreary like so many other facilities. Only issue was that the bathroom light came on EVERY TIME I walked into the room. Made for a horrible nights sleep as I never turn on bathroom lights during night bathroom trips as that has the effect of totally waking me up so I can't fall back to sleep afterwards.“

„Location is convenient. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast room is tiny and eggs and coffee ran out without being replaced, despite being the middle of breakfast hours.“

„Our first night we were without power all night until 6am due to a storm that went over us. The second night was fine, until we were woken up by a fire alarm. There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.“

„A clean, quiet, nicely appointed home near great restaurants, shops, and pubs. We came to the area for a show at the Castle Theater and we enjoyed the opportunity to extend our stay to explore Bloomington a bit. “

„Zunächst war ich skeptisch, da ich auf einige schlechte Bewertungen (v. a. von vor 2016) gestoßen war. Stand Juli 2017 sind die Renovierungsarbeiten beendet und das Resultat ist gut: geräumige Zimmer, alles sauber - Bett und Bad. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend, allenfalls das Frühstück "to go" sehr/zu minimalistisch. Gute Alternative für eine Übernachtung zwischen Chicago und St. Louis.“
