„Cool, quirky, large clean house, in a great location. Bring water shoes if you want to go in the lake. House needs a little TLC which the owner indicated they would address. My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch is a great spot to hangout and was very popular with our group.“

„Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. “

„We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. “

„Awesome home! This property is clearly loved and taken care of. From the bamboo mattress covers to the high quality pool towels to the massive 3ft x 3ft oven- this property is stunning. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Meticulously washed bed sheets and comforters. Plenty of outdoor, brand new seating. The bathrooms are all recently renovated and updated. „Perfect number of bedrooms for our friends, wish there was a communal bathroom on the 2nd floor, but I know it's an old farmhouse. There's one in the master upstairs.Kitchen is large and dining table is perfect for friends sharing BBQ dinner (that we cooked on the BBQ outside). The firepit outside is lovely. Corn hole was fun too. Beautifully maintained farm, and you don't smell the chickens. So convenient to Skan Lake and town.“

„Lake was beautiful, was able to dock our boat (shallow water and lots seaweed near the dock, but didn’t impact our fun). The house was well maintained, comfortable beds, nice kayaks and paddleboard available and many yard games in great condition with a large yard to enjoy the space with easy parking for a boat trailer. Easy check-in and out process. Owner shared information about the area and house with quick responses. Would stay again. “
