Ghadira Bay, located in the charming northern village of Mellieħa, is one of Malta’s most beautiful and popular coastal areas. Known for its long stretch of sandy beach with crystal-clear waters, it’s the perfect place for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The shallow shoreline makes it ideal for families with children, while beach bars, cafés, and restaurants are just a few steps away, offering local and international cuisine.
The area combines the tranquillity of the Maltese countryside with the convenience of nearby amenities — supermarkets, shops, and bus stops with direct connections to Valletta, Sliema, and Gozo. From Ghadira Bay, visitors can easily reach the historic Mellieħa village centre, famous for its church overlooking the bay and scenic viewpoints.
