? Bathrooms — Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, towels and plenty of hot water.

? Kitchen — Set up for actually cooking for a crowd: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, baking sheet, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses all provided.

? Outside — A grassed backyard with outdoor furniture, reached through a private entrance that's yours alone.

? Practical — Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and power point. ? Free parking on site plus free street parking. Stays of 28 nights or longer welcome.

? The whole house is yours — all five bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry and the backyard, through a private entrance. No shared spaces and no host on site.

? Self check-in, and you're welcome to drop luggage off before check-in or after checkout if flights or plans don't line up.

? Parking is on the property with free street parking as well, so a group travelling in three or four cars isn't a problem.

? We're a message away if you need anything — happy to point you at the nearest supermarket, the good takeaway, and the quickest run into the city.

? This is a quiet residential street in a family estate. Please keep noise down after 10pm and treat the neighbours the way you'd want to be treated.

? No parties or events, and the home is strictly for the guests on the booking. Ten people can genuinely stay here — but it's a home, not a venue.
