St Pauls Haven - 3-Zimmer charmantes Cottage in Sorrento

Set in the highly sought after location of Sorrento, within walking distance to the main street and St Paul’s General Store across the road, this charming cottage features Art Deco inspired features. It offers three bedrooms, one bathroom with a freestanding bath, a separate toilet and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.



With ducted heating and cooling, this is cosy for winter getaways or for summer holidays, you will always feel comfortable.



The Space:

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups **



Set in the sought after position of Sorrento where you can walk to the main street, or to the front and back beaches, or even to The Baths if you have a function on there. The St Pauls General Store is literally over the road and couldn't be more handy for your morning coffee or for some lunch or supplies.



This charming cottage, with Art Deco inspired features, offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a freestanding bath) and separate toilet and a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. With ducted heating and cooling, this is cosy for winter getaways or for summer holidays, you will always feel comfortable. Please note that the fireplace is not operational.



The property is fully fenced and has a front outdoor balcony area to soak up the sun while sitting reading or having a quiet drink and there's a BBQ there too. Also a rear lawn that could even suit a small hit of cricket and there is a basketball hoop to keep the kids busy. The bunk bedroom has a wall mounted TV so the kids can use that as a retreat.



There are two driveways which is great for off street parking as well as suitable for a small boat or jet ski.

3rd bedroom - 2 single bunks (ie this room sleeps 4 people)





LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS (surcharge applies)



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all bookings. Please note, you will need to bring your own beach towels.



We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience, you will need to bring your own coffee. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
