Getting Around:

Getting around Melbourne is easy from this well-connected South Yarra location. South Yarra Station is just a short walk away, providing quick train access to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. Trams along Toorak Road and Chapel Street make it easy to explore the local area, while the CBD, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Albert Park, and St Kilda are all within easy reach by public transport or car.



Other Things to Note:

• EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request once the apartment has been cleaned, inspected, and prepared for your arrival. Updates will be provided on the day of check-in.



• LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. A fee of $75 per hour applies, with the latest possible check-out time being 12:00 PM.



• POOL TOWELS: Pool towels are not provided. Guests intending to use the building’s pool facilities are kindly asked to bring their own towels.



• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted under any circumstances.



• NOISE CONTROL: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate eviction.



• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the balcony, or in any common areas due to fire risk. A $300 fine will apply, and smoking may result in immediate eviction.



• KEYS & FOBS: Two sets of keys/fobs will be provided for your stay. Please ensure they are kept secure at all times, as additional sets cannot be issued.



• MISSED CHECK-IN OR LOCKOUTS: A $150 call-out fee applies for replacement key delivery or re-entry assistance.



• LOST KEYS: Lost keys will incur a $500 replacement fee.
