The Space:
Little Stream Farm by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful rural locality of Little River, just a short 48-minute drive from Melbourne. Nestled on a river bend with picturesque views of the flowing waters, Little Stream Farm to the right offers breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yangs mountains.

If you're in the mood for a scenic drive, be sure to visit these must-see spots! Explore the renowned Serendip Sanctuary, the peaceful beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout, and the vibrant Geelong Waterfront.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Little River Farm," just 100 meters away. Available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, spanning approximately 50 acres. As an added note, please avoid crossing the river or approaching the main house. Little Stream Farm is approx 150 meters away from your host's house.

Little Stream Farm by Tiny Away is located in Little River, just a short 48-minute drive from Melbourne. The tiny house is conveniently situated near Lara, a charming town known for its stunning rural landscapes, and Geelong, a city located on the shores of Corio Bay.

Just 10 minutes from You Yangs Regional Park, uncover hidden treasures! Visit Serendip Sanctuary for incredible birdwatching, then take in the peaceful Buckley Falls Lookout. End your day with a relaxing walk along the Geelong Waterfront, perfect for leisurely walks, picnics, and panoramic views of the bay.

Getting Around:
By car;

- 13 mins drive from Lara
- 12 mins drive from Avalon
- 31 mins drive from Geelong
- 48 mins drive from Melbourne. All are accessible by car

By public transport: We regret to inform you that transportation directly from our property is limited. Therefore, we recommend that guests travel by private vehicles for their convenience.

Other Things to Note:
- Strictly no pets allowed
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have good signals; while the rest have no signal
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
