Perfect for couples or small families, Chalet Deux overlooks a 5-acre private lake, surrounded by 50 acres of manicured gardens and rolling pastures. Wake up to the sound of swans on the water and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the absolute tranquility of estate life.
The Shared Estate Experience:
Woodman Estate is a grand property. While your chalet is private, the 50-acre grounds, lake areas, and tennis court are shared with guests staying at the Manor or the Spa House.
The Space
Our chalets are designed for comfort and relaxation, focusing on high-end finishes and breathtaking views.
Sleeping Arrangements: A plush King Bed with premium linens. For a third guest, we provide a high-quality single fold-out bed that doesn't compromise on comfort.
The Kitchenette: Designed for light refreshments and easy mornings. It includes a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, bar fridge and kettle. Please note there are no stovetop or oven facilities in the chalet, making it the perfect excuse to explore the Peninsula’s famous bistro and dining scene.
Entertainment & Tech: Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Climate Control: Reverse-cycle heating and cooling to keep you comfortable in any season.
Guest Access & Amenities
Tennis Court: Guests are welcome to use the estate’s tennis court! Please remember to bring your own rackets and balls.
The Grounds: Feel free to wander the rose gardens, lakeside paths, and bushland trails.
Parking: Dedicated parking is available for two cars directly near the chalet.
Important Notes
No Cooking: As mentioned, there are no full cooking facilities. We recommend bringing snacks or easy-to-microwave meals, or visiting the many nearby restaurants in Mt Martha and Mornington.
Shared Property: You may see other guests enjoying the tennis court or the lake. We ask all guests to maintain the peaceful, quiet atmosphere of the estate.

Wineries: You are in the heart of wine country, with dozens of cellar doors within a 10-minute drive.
