Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Collins St, Australia's premier street, has several fine Victorian era buildings, is the home of prestigious boutiques and high-end retailers and was for a long time the centre of finance in Australia.



Only a stone throw away from Flinders St railway station, Federation Square,

De Graves St and more!



We're only a short 20min walk to the Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, AAMI Park & The Melbourne Cricket Ground.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated only 400 meters away from Flinders St station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



There is also a tram stop just outside on Collins St.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available at “WILSON PARKING” - 333 Collins St, which is located just beside the building or “CARE PARK” - 369 Little Collins St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 4 guests generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th & 6th guests would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
