„The Tipsea Turtle Retreat was awesome! It had everything you needed for a beach trip vacation right down to chairs and umbrellas. The pool made it nice to relax in after the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine needing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was just steps away from the beach and with the golf cart it made it easy to get around. The beachside market was filled with unique food and items. I would definitely recommend staying there.“

„This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!“

„What a wonderful setting. This place has a lot of charm. It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property. We had an issue with the lock as the description did not match (I guess the locks had just been updated and I am technically challenged). However Pedro was able to immediately remedy. „Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.“

„Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill. „This is a renovated 1920's home. Gorgeous wood floors, updated kitchen, lots of space in the house. None of the windows can be opened, seemed to be nailed shut. The bathroom was roomy and updated. Good hot water. It could use a fresh coat of paint and fresh caulk in some areas. The tub was very slow to drain. I was standing in ankle deep water while showering. I emailed a question to the contact on Friday and got a response on Sunday. The backyard was being dug up. There was a Bobcat ...
