„The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much ...

„This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel.“

„Wonderful staff“

„clean room Service is good. Breakfast is continental style Location is good“

„Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. “

„The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low“

„We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh, and the staff deserve so much praise. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel welcome and truly looked after. A special thank you to Rotha and the entire concierge team for their outstanding service. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help made our stay even more special. „The hotel is newly open, very clean and spacious room. The staff is quite nice. Breakfast is chinese style, very good.“
