„This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!“

„What a beautiful and spacious property, with Japanese garden, a few buildings, multiple restaurants, great buffet breakfast, lovely lounges. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our concierge was just outside our room, so she sweetly helped us with our questions. The room was outstanding— spacious, comfortable. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the subway and trains. A perfect hotel for us. “

„The room is spacious for 4 people. Love the big shower/bath area with excellent water pressure. Having bakery/cafe downstairs and Family Mart across the street also supports a 5 star rating. Negative and minor: Staff should brush up on their learning curve for guests who want to ship luggages to airport or other cities. Having shipment slips handy would be a nice touch vs sending guests to Family Mart. There’s Yamato Transport 10+ mins from the hotel and “

„I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. „The location is super convenient, 2 Minutes away from Gotanda Station with the JR Yamanote Line to access all major sightseeing points with ease! The area is not crowded and the restaurants in and around the station are pretty good and cheap. There is also a convenience store 7/11 right next to the hotel.“

„The hotel is inside the new Takanawa Gateway area. Thus it’s very clean and quite compared to the other districts of Tokyo. Two stations are just a few minutes away. It’s possible to take a train directly to Haneda Airport from Sengakuji station. But be aware if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, there‘s no elevator or escalator to the platform. „Das Ebisuholic ist ein kleines Boutique Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten vom belebten Zentrum Ebisu, das zu Shibuya gehört, entfernt. Das gesamte Hotel ist auf modern mit Japanischem Fair gestylt. Alles sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet mit vielen zusätzlichen Goodies wie frischem Badesalz und etlichem mehr. Die oberen Stockwerke bieten eine tolle Sicht über sie Stadt. Sehr empfehlenswert! “

Genial war Aqua Park nebenan, als Hotelgäste haben wir Rabatt bekommen. Delphinenshows sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. “

"The hotel has a beautiful exterior and lobby that create an inviting first impression. However, the rooms themselves do not live up to this standard. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, the rooms feel outdated, with worn furniture and decor that clearly need renovation. The amenities in the room are basic, and some fixtures could use maintenance. While the public areas are well-kept, the rooms fall short of expectations, making the stay less comfortable than anticipated."

"Leider kann ich nicht gute Bewertung schreiben. Wir haben 4 nachts OMO5 übernachtet , dann 2te Tag ist jemand einen Brief gelassen und sie haben uns gesagt, dass wir zu wenig bezahlt haben. Sie wollten noch über 80000 yen von uns verlangen. Das war eine systemfehler zwischen Expedia und Hotel, wir wollten mit Manager reden aber war er immer nicht da, es war unglaublich nicht professionelle Kommunikation. Schade."
