Fashioned from warm local stone and designed with clean modern lines, it blends indoor and outdoor living to perfection. Every room enjoys sweeping views across the Ionian to Kalamos and the mainland, while the terraces are adorned with elegant planting, a striking infinity pool and a superb outdoor kitchen and dining area that invites relaxed al fresco living from morning to night. Steps beside the villa lead straight down to the sea for refreshing swims, and with only two neighbouring villas in this secluded enclave, the setting feels wonderfully exclusive.

Meganissi’s enchanting character is ever-present, from quiet coves and the idyllic Limonari Beach to the welcoming tavernas of lively Vathi, just ten minutes away. Hiring a boat is the best way to appreciate the island’s intricate coastline and its smaller neighbours Skorpios, Kalamos and Kastos. Returning to Genesis after a day on the water is a pleasure, especially as the sunset paints the horizon gold, bringing a serene close to another blissful day on this captivating island.



This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–4) is arranged across two buildings. The main villa offers an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with a Smart TV and terrace access. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, microwave, oven, hob, and Nespresso machine, and a laundry room with washing machine is accessed from outside. There is also a WC.

Just 3 metres away, the large annexe features a double bedroom (170cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, plus a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double). Both rooms open onto the terrace, and a separate shower room with WC completes the layout.
