"I stayed at the Grand Hotel Pillows in Ghent with a group of business clients from Taiwan and booked four double rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Ein sehr schönes Hotel…gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Es war alles perfekt…das Personal, das Zimmer, das Frühstück…eigentlich wollten wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben, sind dann aber fünf Nächte geblieben, weil wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen!"
