„This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. "Dieses Hotel hat niemals 4 Sterne Niveau. Beim Frühstück hat ständig Besteck gefehlt oder war verschmutzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde Besteck gebracht, allerdings nur, wenn der Mitarbeiter englisch sprechen konnte. Die Scheiben zur Pferderennbahn könnten eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Auf dem Spielplatz lag überall Hundescheiße und diese durften wohl auch überall hin pinkeln. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Je nach Reinigungskraft. Im Pool fand man noch Chlor Rückstände. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok. "
