The host was very responsive & we enjoyed our stay. Upgraded kitchen was nice & well stocked with items needed for our stay. I would recommend for anyone visiting the Medford area. The close access to I-5 was very convenient as well.

We booked this property 4 months early and the host cancelled on us the day before we were suppose to arrive, leaving us stranded without a place to stay. It was Memorial Day weekend, so there was not one single house left for us to book. I can’t even begin to tell you the stress and inconvenience this was for my family, as we were traveling to Medford for my son’s baseball tournament and we were left last minute without a place to stay. Highly dissatisfied! Do not book with this host!!

The property was not prepared for renters - left over pizza boxes and spoiled food in the refrigerator- lack of clean towels, after looking in multiple places found a washer full of towels; had to deep wash them twice just to ensure they were clean and not smelly; kitchen counters were sticky and had to be wiped down several times and top all that off the property is very run down on the outside both the front and backyard and to end it one a high note the house was at 89 degrees upon arrival - the air wasn’t working properly. When I went to contact the host they had left a message the they had left fans through out the house as they had understood from prior renters the air wasn’t working well! Now why would you not disclose this to potential renters or better yet ensure the air conditioning is working correctly! Unfortunately there were no options to find another location as we were in town for a wedding and had other guests with us. I would not recommend staying in the property unless you can have a money back options if the property not as described and everything working and ready for guests.
