This is a clean and comfortable house right on the Rogue River. It has a large, well-stocked kitchen, with a dining table for 8, and a cozy living room. All the appliances are up to date, including the washer and dryer. There is a spacious deck with views up and down the river. It's where we spent most of our time when at the house. There is also a lovely, shaded garden area with plenty of seating and a fire pit, which can be used outside the summer months. You can access the river right at the house, which some of us used to cool off on warm days. We very much enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the river access is a little tricky, and the footing probably not appropriate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet. As other reviewers have noted, there is also a lot of road noise from I-5, which is directly across the river. It dies down somewhat at night. If you live in a city, as some of us do, the road noise will probably just seem like white noise. But if you are looking for a quiet country retreat, this is probably not it. Be aware also that EV charging at the house is not allowed.
