My stay at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations due to several issues related to service, safety, and overall comfort.
The staff appeared unprofessional and not well-prepared to accommodate international guests. There is a noticeable language barrier, as most staff members are not bilingual, which made communication difficult. Additionally, the receptionist informed me that room cleaning is provided only twice per week, which is not standard for most hotels.
Accessibility is also a concern—rooms on the 11th floor do not have elevator access, which can be very inconvenient for guests with luggage.
The hotel lacks basic guest support, such as providing a list of nearby restaurants or recommendations for dining options. The location itself feels isolated and not particularly safe for walking at night.
From a safety standpoint, the jacuzzi area had exposed electrical cables, even in areas exposed to rain, which is alarming.
The in-room kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, but the available cookware is not compatible, making it essentially unusable.
There are also several comfort issues: the air conditioning unit is positioned behind the bed, which limits proper airflow. In the Elite Room, there was a strong pipe odor, and light leaked through the door due to poor fitting, affecting both comfort and privacy.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in customer service, maintenance, and guest safety.
