„The property was lovely in its rustic style. Little issues than can just happen through usage. It’s very roomy. I had everything I needed. Good WiFi. Good streaming ability on the television. I would definitely use it again. The AC worked well. Nice appliances. The only thing I would change is taking a nightlight for the middle of the night bathroom visits.“

„Second time staying here. Beautiful and quiet location. The river runs right in front of the house. We seen eagles and ospreys every day. We did have one surprise. A black bear swam across the river and went up the side of the mountain. House is everything you would want. It is great with kids. Stocked with games and everything you need to keep them busy. We highly recommend this rental.“

„We had a nice time staying here for the creeper bike trail. The property was clean (outside could use a bit of TLC), but was good for our family. There was no hot tub which was in the description so we were disappointed by that but all else was fine.“

„I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic“

"POSITIV Schönes, historisches Hotel im Zentrum der Kleinstadt Marion, VA Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit historischem Charme. Freundliches Personal ZU VERBESSERN Auch als historisches Hotel würden einige Auffrischungen und Renovierungen nicht schaden. Gläser statt Plastikbecher auf dem Zimmer wäre toll. Gäste im Nebenzimmer durch Verbindungstür laut zu hören. Treppenstufen, um zur Lobby (ab dort Lift) zu kommen, bei schwerem Gepäck unbequem. Frühstück zwar kostenlos, aber viel zu einfach und nichts frisch, Frühstücksraum nicht schön. Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut. "

"I don’t understand the positive feedbacks. The hotel is old and run down. In the gym, none of the equipment works properly. Sofa in room was torn in several places. Mirrors were really dirty. TV is old and picture quality is poor. I wouldn't stay here again"
