It's positioned so that you can enjoy the creek and unlike many hot tubs I have experienced, there was no mildew smell at all I was very impressed. It's a perfect size for two people as well. The yurt is well stocked for anything you could need, soap, spices for cooking, cookware, doggie bowls, games, and more. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked.
