Touche' Too Cabin - when privacy is what you want, by Buffalo Mtn Getaway

Want to get away from the world? Our Touche' Too Cabin is just the place! Nestled just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Meadows of Dan, the Touche' Too is a lovely cabin with all the amenities of home. The name Touche' Too was the owner's silly name for the Tool Shed. Originally, there was only a little tool shed that was converted into a cabin. That cabin, while still there, is mainly used by the owners. The Touche' Too was the second cabin built on the property. Come check it out!

More than 30 acres for you to roam and hike. Bring your pet as well. We have have a gate on the deck so they can stay there should you step out for a bit.

Floyd, VA and Mt. Airy, NC are less than 30 miles away.

It's located in the trees on top of a mountain, so the heat is never too hot, but we do have mini-split AC for your convenience. We don't have a landline or WiFi, but Verizon service is excellent.

And lastly, the fireplace and pellet stove are NOT for guest use. Unfortunately, we had to stop allowing guests using the fireplace due to ash disposal. It just wasn't safe. Thanks for understanding.

Pet Policy:

We don't charge a pet fee, as we are pet people ourselves. Your pets are welcome, BUT YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. Please understand that we WILL charge you an additional cleaning fee of $75 if we find pet hair on the linens, in the bed or on the furniture. As some folks are allergic, if we find pet hair, we have to do a more thorough cleaning. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, should your pet urinate or defecate on the rugs, furniture, etc. you will be charged either replacement costs or $150 professional cleaning fee, whichever is applicable.

You must be in control of your pet at all times.
Do not leave your pets unattended, unless they are crated.
You are responsible for any damage made by your pet.
And lastly, please pickup after your pet outside.
Just a few reminders:
1 - Pets allowed with permission, MAX 2 dogs, sorry NO cats.
2 - Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind
3 - Please do not move furniture
4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels
5 - Remember it's our home, so treat it with respect
6 - The grill is propane.
