Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or exploring the lake and surrounding trails in the summer, you'll find endless activities right at your doorstep.

The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living area with a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for gathering with family and friends. This floor also includes two inviting bedrooms, offering easy access to all the home's amenities.

Upstairs, you'll find a private bedroom that provides a peaceful retreat, while the lower level offers an additional bedroom and a spacious living area complete with a second fireplace and a pool table, ideal for indoor entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy the home's outdoor amenities, including a relaxing hot tub, a firepit for evening gatherings, and a deck equipped with a gas grill and dining area for alfresco meals. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee).

3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.) Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am.
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit.
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
