„Nice location. Very clean. Great for a small family.“

„Loved the location and the accommodations. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone was comfortable inside and outside the home. Kids were able to catch fish from the dock, play on the lily pad and other water toys. Lower level was great space for kids to play while adults had space on main level. Kitchen was equipped with everything you may need. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and made memories that we will cherish. “

„It is an old cabin/house that is a bit run down. Our biggest issue was the super intense musty smell. We were also disappointed with the quality of the bedding and towels (which only 2 were left for our group of 4). It's a really steep price tag for a property like this and I would never use the word serene to describe it. The owners were easy to work with, but we were glad we only had to be there to sleep. „We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! “

„The property is as described. It is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The pontoon is an added bonus. We had fun floating in the lake and motoring around on the boat. Dave is on the spot with his communication. We really enjoyed our stay! “

The house was supplied with everything we could possibiy need. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful when we had an issue with the dock. Definitely recommend staying here.
