„This is such a cute little, mostly private, cabin. Our visit was in the beginning of spring, the trees hadn't filled in yet, so there were a few houses visible from the front.The cabin was still winterized with plastic on the windows, so when we walked in, it was a bit stuffy, but after turning on all the fans, it became comfortable.The only real issue we had, was when we went to make the bed. „We look for unique places to stay and this was unique staying in a near 150 year old school house. The building is a 2 story and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a 1/2 bath down and full bath up. Chet the owner met us at the car upon arrival and explained things. He is friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior are both in good condition. The LR ceiling has not been drywalled like the remainder of the unit but there is a sign stating that renovations are in progress. I gave a 5 star review ...

„The property was perfect for our family weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from college. „Perfect and cozy. Minutes from Linn Run State Park, Laurel Summit, Spruce Flats Bog, and Wolf Rocks Trail. We enjoyed the large deck with covered dining area while bird watching and hearing lots of spring migrants. Having a remote controlled air conditioning/heating unit in each room is a real plus.
