COMMUNITY HOURS & HOUSE RULES
• Shared Pool: Open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Gym & Padel Court: Available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Safety: Glass containers or glassware of any kind are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Hygiene: Per condominium regulations, food and beverages are not allowed inside the water (pool or hot tub). Please use the designated tables and surrounding lounge areas.
• Hanging towels or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited.
• No parties, events, or excessive noise that disturbs the peace.
• No outside visitors; only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

ENERGY CONSERVATION
• To protect the environment and keep our rates competitive, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning and lights whenever you leave the apartment. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
