„El área está muy lejos , problemas para el transporte, no hay tiendas cercas, las jardineras están descuidadas, la casa está muy vieja las puertas deterioradas y tiene problemas de ventilación, durante la noche guarda un aroma muy desagradable a drenaje.
El personal muy atento, la recepcionista Julieta muy amable, el guardia de seguridad muy amable. “

„The rooms were hot - you cannot adjust the air conditioner to further cool the room. The lazy river was inoperable until our last day of an 8 day trip. Also you cannot swim in the ocean at the resort in any day because of rip tides (according to signage) On a positive note - the massages at the spa were great, a few employees were friendly and tried really hard to to go above and beyond. The restaurant meals were delicious with the exception of the buffet. “

„El hotel cuenta con ubicación conveniente, la habitación es amplia, la vista de la terraza excelente y se encontraba limpia, en cuestión del personal muy atento, la alberca cuenta con vista espectacular, solo tomen en cuenta que cobran el estacionamiento por noche y no permiten bebidas en el área de alberca se tiene que consumir forzoso del bar.“

„Los espacios de la propiedad se mantiene en excelente condiciónes y es un lugar tranquilo para relajarse, solo tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación que no contaba con frigobar, de los espacios falta una tiendita cerca con algunas cosas básicas, porque solo hay una que está lejana de las villas y una sombra en la alberca estaría genial.“
