„The whole staff (starting from the lady at the reception and pool staff) was not very friendly. The cleaning lady was giving me a "be quiet" when I was walking in the courtyard with my flip-flops at 4 pm - ridiculous!!! Nice and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and bathroom; located some walking minutes to the center of Mazara. Very quiet. They have a small swimming pool with free sunshades and deck chairs. There was an indoor garage at no charge and the WIFI was also very good. “

„Functional apartment close to the beach. Condition of the room was not great. Door locks at bad room and bathroom broken out, doors could not be closed shut properly. Cooking equipment very worn out. There was a dirty sponge and dirty cleaning cloth in the kitchen that I would not clean my dishes with so we bought new sponges and dish soap first thing. Coffee maker looked dirty and on one of the pots the handle was half broken off. Fortunately it didn't break when i used it.“

„Accueil du propriétaire chaleureux même s'il était très tard dans la nuit. Petit cadeau gastronomique lors du séjour très apprécié. Maison magnifique très très bien entretenue avec une bellepiscine accessible à tout moment. Très bien conseillé par notre propriétaire Roberto qui parle très bien anglais. Bref un endroit agréable où se poser pour des vacances dans la partie ouest de la Sicile“

"Die Lage ist super, jedoch hatte unser Zimmer keine Fenster. Da die Klimaanlage nur mit der Zimmerkarte eingesteckt funktioniert, war die Luftfeuchtigkeit hoch und die generelle Belüftung schlecht, was Schimmel und Ungeziefer (Kellerassel) anzieht. Die Küche war nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet, da hat uns das Hotelpersonal aber netterweise noch einen Schwamm und Spülmittel besorgt. Ansonsten wäre eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer schön gewesen und gehört heutzutage eigentlich zur Standardausstattung."

"Wir hatten eine schöne Juniorsuite im Obergeschoss. Schick und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal beim Checkin war sehr nett und freundlich. An der Poolbar besteht etwas Optimierungsbedarf in den Abläufen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Plastikbecher sollten sich jedoch dort nicht finden. Spa und Poollandschaft sehr schick."
