With a sunny private pool and a convenient location near famous landmarks, it is the ideal spot for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Inside
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room (with extendable dining table) with a wood-burning stove, the perfect place to gather for long dinners and relaxing evenings. Additionally, there is a comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on this floor.

The first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a separate toilet. The interior is warm and inviting, offering a pleasant combination of space and comfort that immediately makes you feel at home.

The fifth bedroom with its own bathroom is located in a separate "gîte" at the rear of the house, featuring a private entrance and parking space. Ideal for guests who desire extra privacy.

The Dordogne River is approximately 12 km away, offering plenty of opportunities for canoeing, swimming, or relaxing by the water. To top it off, the owners have left a collection of business cards in the living room from their favorite local restaurants, delicious dining awaits!
