„Saubere große Zimmer, tolles Hotel, kostenloser Shuttle in die Stadt und wieder zurück, würd jederzeit wieder kommen“

„This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!“

„I was there for my Birthday and the Hotel staff was so unfriendly Nobody answered my requested. Never ever expienved such a Bad Service from a Hilton Hotel. Worst ever“

„Everything was great !!“

„Rooms very nice the people are always very nice“

„Rooms are big, but not clean enough. Bathroom is not updated and looks deteriorated. Valet parking service is very slow. Location is good.“

„Room was great. Separate bathroom and bedroom off the Kitchen/Living Room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities.“

„The place was very clean and nice. Central location to food places and shopping.“
