„We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. „We were led to believe a lift was not required as ground floor. Wheelchair friendly etc. The bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs and no bathroom on the upper level. Having to access the bathroom in the night was quite dangerous for elderly people. The unit was not in good condition and I was asked to pay an insurance type of payment or leave a hundred pound bond that they could access if they felt it warranted it. “

"Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Das Personal war durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Wie haben dort sehr gut zu Abend gegessen. Das Frühstück war super. Abzug gibt es nur dafür, dass es keinen Aufzug gab und das Tragen der Koffer die Treppen hoch doch mühselig war."
