„Very nice little cabin. Perfect for a few days, as it's very tight on storage. We felt very relaxed. The bed, while a little on the soft side, was comfortable. Adequate kitchen for a few meals. No washer/ dryer and no real closet space, only a bar to hang some clothes. The view is amazing. Very close to Blue ridge parkway“

„We had a transformer blow the first hour we were there but the electric company had us up and running in just an hour. We loved being out in the country and the only sounds we heard were light rain and the beautiful birds singing! We got to meet the owner and had her come down and sit on the porch with us and just talk about family and silly things. „House was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We were hiking a section of the AT and it was very convenient to several trailheads and a store in Bland. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after our hikes amongst the peaceful countryside and friendly grazing cows! Awesome sunsets as a bonus.“

„We were impressed with the immaculate condition of the cabin and the grounds. The location was private and cozy. A complete sense of rest fell onto us during our stay. The owner was so kind and thoughtful. While we did walk the property and found hidden spots to enjoy, it was difficult to leave the cabin and the charming front porch. The musical spring/creek lulled us with its peacefulness. We happily look forward to our next stay.“

„The three of us (all age 66) had an excellent stay. We spent most of our time there on the deck enjoying the view -- even on cloudy/rainy days. Beds/bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean. The inside living area was also comfortable. My sister cooked a nice meal and found the kitchen served her needs just fine. „Such a Great place to stay for comfort and view. The house was very clean with everything needed to relax, cook and just rest! View is spectacular and we just sit for hours watching the river flow by. Neighbor's sweet dogs stopped by couple times a day to visit and get belly rubs.Quiet street with very little traffic.Craig was very responsive as aways. This was my second visit and we will be back! “
